Shipping times for wigs are 3-4 weeks generally unless otherwise noted on item page. If you require a rush, you must contact me before you purchase or your order will not be guaranteed.
Shipping time for accessories is 2-3 days.
Tracking USPS will be sent via email on the day your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update
All US orders are shipped by priority mail. For international orders, items are shipped first class unless otherwise shown at checkout.
Please know that I do everything in my power to get the wigs to you as soon as possible. I cannot be held responsible for items once they are dropped at the post. Priority mail is in no way a guarantee of 2-3 days, as sometimes there are forces outside my control that prevent them from arriving within that time frame. Please watch your tracking. It is your responsibility to alert me if something seems wrong or off.
Royal Enchantments is not responsible for customs fees for international buyers. Please check with your local customs office on what you could pay for importing the goods you purchase. Each country has a set price for import. Most items are held at your local post for payment and we do not take responsibility for those packages returned if you do not pay your fee.
Royal Enchantments is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please check the address is correct. Should a package return with incorrect address, buyer will have the option of paying to be resent.
