Please make sure you are ordering the correct wig. See my information on standard versus lace front to know the styling you're ordering. I have many of the same characters but it two-three forms. Double check to make sure you have the right one!
All wigs are custom made to order and therefore are not returnable. Please read everything over carefully and ask questions before you order! We will not accept any returns for any reason. All information is disclosed and if in doubt, please ask!
If you do have an issue, please contact me and I will assist the best I can to make you happy!
***IMPORTANT *** Since a wig that has been worn for any length of time cannot be sold to anyone else for hygienic reasons, there are no returns. Even if you have only tried it on, the wig cannot be sold to anyone else and I will not accept it back. There are no exceptions to this, and no refund will be given.
Please note: if you exchange a wig for another, allow 2-3 weeks for shipment.
